~Too Busy for This, Minneola, f: I just wanted to find out if the city of Minneola, FL had garbage pick up service on Labor Day Monday. Why is this number SO hard to find, and why didn't they have warning for no service on the bill for each particular holiday there will be no pick up? VERY AGGRAVATING,TIME WASTING AND FRUSTRATING*! The pick up service itself is wonderful. Excellent crew! But the available info to answer any questions on a holiday is not! Also, it is almost impossible to find it. Only after searching every other way possible did I FINALLY find a site that led to another site, that led to another site, that led to YET another site, that teased a customer service number that was a non helpful recording, etc, etc, etc! I ONLY WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE WOULD BE OUR REGULAR GARBAGE PICK UP ON LABOR DAY MONDAY, OR NOT*!!!! That's all I needed to know! It shouldn't be this hard to find out! Please inform us of a better, simpler way. This was just ridiculous!
