~Owencats: the week of november **th our garbage was not picked up. we called and were told that service was suspended for past due bill. we never received a bill or call or email they just cancelled. we paid bill in full and then were told that we had to pay a $** reinstatement fee. I was upset and said it was thier fault for not contacting us first and they said they would take it off the account. then the week of ******* we received an email saying we are past due again. our bill isnt due till ******. they said its been past due by $** since january. once again we explained that the $** was to be taken off the account due to thier error. on ******* we had confirmation that it was taken off the account. on ******* received another email stating account past due at *:**AM and service was suspended (again with the $**)and today is pickup day. to better serve people they should let them know atleast the day before instead of the day of the pickup. When we called we were told that it had been taken

~Owencats: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Owencats: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Waste Management's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Owencats: For that I would say four out of five.

~Owencats: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Waste Management to know who you are.
