~spider webs: Actually, I've been on hold for over two hours now, listening to the same music and messages saying someone will be with me in a few moments (I have a different definition of "moment")over and over. The review form only allows two digits for "minutes before a response." I'm still waiting. I'm afraid to hang up because I'll probably only have to go through his again when I try later. All of this is to ask a couple of simple questions that should be answered on the WellCare web site, but isn't.
