GetHuman-gartenh: This is the most ridiculous company I have dealt with in years. I have been trying to make a payment on my account since last week. The website won't allow me to pay online because the website is having "issues". When I try to make a payment by phone I am on hold for ** minutes. When I finally reach a rep he tells me he doesn't handle my plan and transfers me. I am then on hold for ** minutes. The automated service tells me my account is in danger because of nonpayment although I have been trying to pay since last week and have spent a total of two hours trying to do so. Pathetic service.
