GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman-rkiss: I watched the guys pour the mix into the machine and then serve me a frosty. It was like I was drinking the frosty mix.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rkiss: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wendy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-rkiss: For that I would say four out of five.
