GetHuman-39956: Impossible to leave message. Survey does not accept Wendy's own address for restaurant where food was awful: cold bun, tough grilled chicken, white strip of iceberg lettuce, skimpy BBQ sauce,gross size for "medium" coffee,artificial mocha flavor. Never again despite attractive setting (Russell Rd., Hadley MA *****).

GetHuman-39956: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-39956: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wendy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-39956: For that I would say five out of five.
