~divotdigger: I had been having a problem with repairs to my watch. It had been "repaired" twice and I objected to having to pay for a third repair while the watch was still under *warranty. I was told on two different occasions that a shipping label would be e-mailed to me. Several weeks have gone by and still no shipping label. I can only conclude they hope I will go away until the warranty expires.
