~LeeAnnaT. of Fort Smith,Ar.: This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever received in my entire ** years and would recommend to all my friends, family,co workers and customers to find other ways to send their money. The supervisors are rude and does nothing to assist in the return of transactions processed. I am a loan officer for a company known all over the world and have never experienced the poor service that I received through W.U. I will now be recommending money transfers or money gram to all my clients!!!
