GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Windstream customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-11748: This telephone NONSERVICE will not help you block incoming scam overseas calls without paying extra. And even then there is a limit of only ** numbers that can be blocked at any one time. Our phone is literally ringing nonstop around the clock from more than ** numbers from Jamaica, etc. We are being denied the service we pay for. And we are being assaulted in our own home by the incessant noise. Breaking up Ma Bell was the worst thing that ever happened because rural customers get the crappiest service, due to lower profits in less densely populated areas.

GetHuman-11748: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-11748: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Windstream's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-11748: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-11748: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Windstream to know who you are.
