~J LENNON: *-*-** HEADS UP!! Twitter has an Automated recording! But you knew that didn't you? I've filed * Complaints including appeals for a wrongful suspension! No response except the same computer Generated Email that says "You already filed a complaint. We closed out the others and will respond in the order it was received." This has been over * Days now! They use to have a policy, where you entered CAPTCHA and then account was back up. Don't advertise *'s that don't work. I have tried * others and * is disconnected. P.S. I tried to get a hold of Security Community Watchdogs. I read ALL Profiles. They are professed HACKERS who have links to other sites. *** Employees have now been documented with pictures and video& saved to my Flashdrive. Twitter is now a Public Corp. and can be sued, as was GOOGLE who lost their Trial in CA for hacking in and stealing peoples personal information & profiles. Not only Gmail customers. It was anyone with Email like Yahoo, AOL, etc. They had a class action la
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting X. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a X problem?
~J LENNON: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~J LENNON: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~J LENNON: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other X customers?
~J LENNON: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for X to know who you are.
