~meg@upset: I don't have a twitter account but I keep getting text messages from Twitter. I was attempting to call to have my phone number taken off of Twitter however no one will speak to me. I cannot log into it twitter to change my phone number because I do not have a Twitter. It is frustrating getting all of these texts at all hours of the day and I would just like some help getting this to end. I'm open to suggestions from anyone thank you.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~meg@upset: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~meg@upset: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other X customers?
~meg@upset: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for X to know who you are.
