~angpow23: The website says they will call me back and the wait will be ** minutes. They called me back ** minutes later and I am still on hold ... waiting with the phone locked to the side of my head ... waiting for over ** minutes now. This is ****. I hope they refund the xbox gift card that I purchased and cannot even utilize. If they paid me for my holding time, I bet I would never have to hold again. Oh ... now it just hung up on me. This is ****.

~angpow23: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~angpow23: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~angpow23: For that I would say four out of five.
