~DTeach42: I have had my account deactivated because of inactivity. This is not the case-I was just on it yesterday-for this reason I could not get an * digit number and therefore could not talk to anybody??? I had this account since at least **** and have LOST multiple files of multiple email information if this is the case!!! I am not happy * I do not want to "sign up for a new account"! I just applied for a couple jobs and listed this account for them to get in touch with me!!! I am really not happy! Please get in touch!!!

~DTeach42: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DTeach42: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DTeach42: For that I would say three out of five.

~DTeach42: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
