~Fedup with Yelp: The automated answering sent me in circles. They constantly said to go to online. I was not allowed to talk to a person.*I have a review that says I am closed. I was never closed and have tried over and over to correct this yet it won't save and I cannot talk to a person. This is a very poor way to conduct business.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yelp. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yelp problem?
~Fedup with Yelp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Fedup with Yelp: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Fedup with Yelp: For that I would say one out of five.
