~shilpa: I have been charged on my credit card even though I had opted for ** days free trial. On cancellation of the free yousendit account, my bank account shows a debit of USD **.**. How is that possible?*To rectify this mistake I'm trying to reach yousendit customer service which is operational **X* (as said on website), the tele machine is unable to read my option and since this is an international call that I make from Singapore, makes it even more disgusting experience if all.*If yousendit really cares for its users please email me on *****@***.com to resolve the issue.*Regards*Shilpa
