~Deborahk: I recently placed an order on November **, **** for my ** year old daughter. She needed the item for an event* therefore, I paid for express shipping. The order was to arrive today (**.**.**)but it did not. I called Customer Service to complain about not receiving the item and to request a full refund of shipping cost ($**.**). I talked to * people and still did not get my full refund. This was the first time we have shopped with Delia's and it will be the last time! I would not recommend anyone to shop from this company. My daughter was extremely disappointed because she really wanted the item. Not a reliable or reputable company.
