GetHuman-288761: The person on the line (Chris) was considerate & professional, however my issue was not resolved. I ordered from Delia's a few days ago and never received a confirmation email (nor any information whatsoever regarding my order). Chris was not of any assistance, as she couldn't find my information either. She put in an order for someone to contact me within the next * days to update me on my order. So I'm in limbo until then.
