~grandiva: this is totally unacceptable, that you are unable to speak with someone to resolve your problem, and I have tried for two days to reach someone, and waited on hold over ** minutes each time. There is no wait to take your money, and they should be more customer friendly. I think they should be reported to BBB and consumer affairs.
