~redcard1981: , I yogi support is terrible! They cannot understand english and then*blame you if you mess up. The first technician signed off without*checking that my computer was fixed , It was not. Then in his records he*stated that he transferred the call to another technician which he*didn*t. He outright lied ! The second technician kept trying to sell me a*backup drive from I yogi while he was trying to fix my computer, I finally had to tell him "Let's get the computer fixed first and then we*can talk about it. During this cal*l my cordlless phone was dying, so I*gave him my cell phone number which he repeated back to me. Shortly*after that my cordless phone died and I waited and hour and he still*didn't call back. I then called I Yogi and the receptionist told me it*would be a * to ** minutes hold time, I was on hold for an hour and*called the receptionist who stated" you mean he didn't pick up the call". **minutes later I was talking to a very rude technician who kept giving*me erroneous com
