~fwabwa: had problem installing avast i.s. on * pc's, called **** listed on avast site, got iyogi, avast's tech service provider, got good help with that. rep talked me into iyogi tech support contract for * pc's for * yr. spent * more hours on phone and live online chat with * iyogi reps, got continual promises they would speed up pc's, never happened, * more calls and ** hrs later i demanded full refund, took over an hour and spoke w**supvrs to get refund.bad bad bad karma. too bad avast, which i like, uses them.
