GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eBay customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~nomoreebay: After ** minutes on hold and ** minutes transferred, apoke to Mindy in High Value Claims Department. She was very rude about a counterfeit claim I opened. Ebay's policy does not benefit the buyer in any way. Turns out I have to pay for insured return shipping to send a fake LV bag back to the seller! Nothing like putting a counterfeit bag back on the market AND being out return shipping. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN BUYER IS THIS INCONVENIENCED WITH MONEY OUT OF POCKET because a seller sold fake merchandise. Have used ebay for years but no more.

GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nomoreebay: For that I would say five out of five.

~nomoreebay: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
