~Baldwinbabe: I called, was transferred five times, only to be hung up on after I had been on the line for over an hour. Last week my rating for uploading tracking was **.**% and then over the past few days dropped to **% putting my top rated status in jeopardy. I downloaded the spreadsheet to see where I went wrong only to find out that since July I have had *** transactions that did not meet the tracking requirements. I checked the transactions and tracking numbers and not only had uploaded tracking within a few hours of payment, but all numbers had been scanned by USPS within one business day...more than meeting the requirement on every single one. The system is not working properly and no one has been remotely helpful. How do we fix this? I do not think it is fair for good sellers to have to lose their top rated status over eBay's system errors. Is this happening to anybody else?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Baldwinbabe: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Baldwinbabe: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Baldwinbabe: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
