~IrritatedCustomer: Waited for customer service to complain about the automated unpaid item assistant that was enabled without consent for me as a returning seller. The customer service representative kept interrupting me without protocol for the relay service I use as a DEAF eBay user and seller. eBay DISABLED direct communication through web form so I had to call using relay that is a nuisance. eBay gets worse with its awful anti-customer Q&A system with no direct contact information for communication to resolve the issue. I hate dealing with eBay bidder flakes who refuse to pay after winning and hate eBay company even more for its BS installing unpaid item assistant bot and not giving straight answers on direct contact with customer service. eBay *****

~IrritatedCustomer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~IrritatedCustomer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~IrritatedCustomer: For that I would say three out of five.

~IrritatedCustomer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
