GetHuman-438407: I sold something on ebay. Buyer had it (and used it) for *.* weeks before putting in a refund stating my item was a fraud. It indeed was found not to be. Seller sent me back the item, which was damaged. Ebay did not care about what their policies state, and have no seller protection. Didn't even offer to help with the situation. I recommend not selling on eBay. Worst selling experience ever. Now I'm stuck with a damaged product and she got a full refund of her money. Their best advice was to contact fedex and put a claim through the insurance there. Poor poor poor customer service.
