~Angry Willie: "Laura" from Punjab was difficult to understand, and could not find information on return label eBay provided. After item shows returned to seller another call to get them to acknowledge return happened.

~Angry Willie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
