~babykitty2001: NEVER GOT THROUGH. They must have one person sitting there watching TV all evening. I have ***% rating, track all orders with Fed Ex, Print label with Ebay, have top rated status, yet Pay Pal keeps holding funds for **-** days after customers have received orders, have sent positive reviews, Fed Ex has verified delivery etc. This is how Pay Pal makes millions on interest by holding your money for days past when the order has been received. Total Rp Off. Can't get through to them unless you have hours to sit on hold! And that mindless song they play is enough to drive you insane! They know what their doing....Nothing!!

~babykitty2001: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~babykitty2001: For that I would say one out of five.

~babykitty2001: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
