~Lynn: The wait time is ridiculous.........but it was worth it to me because I was almost a victim of a fraud...some chic was trying to sell me a car but she said i had to pay it through ebay by using monaypak and NOT to use paypal cuz the amount exceeded $*** therefore I "had to use moneypak". Weird....so before I even consider purchasing the moneypak, I called eBay's customer service to verify the case *....it was invalid and I almost got caught up in being a victim of a scam....Thank you eBAY!!!!! despite the wait time....you are greatly appreciated!!!

~Lynn: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lynn: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lynn: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Lynn: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
