GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eBay customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Renogolfer: This defect issue is a huge problem. No business should subject to perfection. A retail business can never be run on these Ebay policies.*One of the other issues I have with Ebay is I have the ** day return and ** hour turnaround time etc. to receive my **% discount. One of the mark downs is after I take my packages to the Post Office and they don't scan them right away because the post was busy and scan them by the day end. I get marked down. What control do I have after I have dropped the packages off at the post office?* EBay's wait times were hours. I have been trying to talk with them for days. Finally I just hung up. I am always talking with someone out of the US, then when you finally get someone. They can NEVER help. NO ANSWERS. They then transfer you to different departments and on hold again. Your problems never seem to go any further than the person you speak with. They seem to read from a script. Shouldn't these jobs be given to US citizens and not outsourced with a

~Renogolfer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Renogolfer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Renogolfer: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Renogolfer: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
