~Desiree D.: I tried to purchase a sink through them. I needed it ASAP so my granite fabricators could finish the job for my counter top so I paid an extra $*** to have it over-nighted. I did not hear anything from them after * days so I gave them a call to see when I could expect my new sink. After being on hold for ** minutes, I was told my order was cancelled. I was angry they never informed me so I could purchase elsewhere. I asked when I could expect a refund and was told it would take * - ** days. Fast forward a month, I get my CC bill and see a $*** charge from EFaucets but no refund. I call and after another ** minute wait a somewhat apologetic rep, named Jennifer, says she is sorry about the "oversight" and they will process that refund in * to * days. Really!!! They have the ability to process your charge in minutes but it takes days for a refund. My advice to you is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
