~Birra: Ordered * pendant lights from them. Says ships in * week. After * weeks of not receiving my order, or even tracking information, i called them. They said the manufactured had discontinued the item and had to cancel. They didn't call me or notify me. Said I would receive a refund within a week. After a week, I called them again and they said they had confirmed with the lighting company that I could get my refund. After another week, still no refund. Yet another call and I am supposedly getting my money back within ** hours. I'll believe it when I see it. It shouldn't take a month to cancel and refund an order. Avoid this online retailer.
