~Nancy: It's hard to explain just how dense Whitney, from E-Harmony was. I had a technical issues and this woman couldn't even get my phone number or email right. I had to repeat it over and over and over. Then the tech. issue was way over her head and she wouldn't refer me to the actual "technical team." Just great. I can't access the site I just paid $*** to join.

~Nancy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nancy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nancy: For that I would say one out of five.
