~Desert Kate: My Bank Credit card that I used to pay for eHarmony * months ago called me today and gave me a phone number at eHarmony to call and they were willing to give me a credit because I told them their service was horrible and I was told by my credit card company to call *** *** **** and ask to speak to a manager. I did that, they saw I had called before and said their answer is still the same - no refund or compensation.*The Credit Card Company told me they would refund, they said they wouldn't. I wouldn't recommend this dating program to anyone!

~Desert Kate: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Desert Kate: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Desert Kate: For that I would say five out of five.
