~klm: I pay * insurance premiums and when I went to make a claim, I had no coverage on my phone. have talked to several different people within the company. none were able to help me. Every time I called, they changed which phone I had insurance on. When asked to have my premiums refunded, they said they could prorate this months premiums not the ones I have paid over the last year and half. soo disappointed. Started this on Saturday and Wed no luck with resolution. I hope no one else has this problem. If you have insurance I would make sure your phone is covered.
