~Xaun Loc: Billing department is incompetent - causing them to make mistakes processing credit cards then send out cancellation notices because THEY made a mistake. When you try to call in to resolve the problem you get either a clumsy phone menu system or simply an announcement that they are "experiencing heavy call volume" and get to listen to elevator music until you finally give up. Their website is just as bad - if you don't know the user ID and password the system will say it is going to email you the information, but then it never sends out the email. If you use their "Contact Us" web form, you will get that form returned as a bounced email because their website tries to email your question to an esecuritel.com address that doesn't exist.

~Xaun Loc: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Xaun Loc: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
