GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eSecuritel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Stephanie: As far as I can tell, this is a HUGE SCAM!!! The replacement cost is actually $** more than I can buy it for myself online. When I asked them to please explain to me what the benefit of having the insurance was if it cost the same or less to buy it myself they could not give me an answer. They simply said that it was my choice if I choose to buy it online. I could not understand them at all, English was not their first language. I asked to speak to someone with a clearer accent and was told there was not anyone. They where argumentative and RUDE and did not understand what I was asking! I was sincerly asking for them to define what the benefit was of having them if the google market replacement was the same as what they offer price wise.. and they could not name one benefit

~Stephanie: For that I would say two out of five.
