GetHuman-lkirk: ripped me off too! Taking my story to the Insurance commissioner of the State of Georgia, which is where they are licensed. Posting here doesn't matter....Getting them for interstate insurance fraud

GetHuman-lkirk: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-lkirk: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eSecuritel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-lkirk: For that I would say three out of five.
