GetHuman-408317: I had purchased a brand new Samsung galaxy alpha, * months later after no physical damage, the ink pad in the phone had exploded. Esecuritel had told me I'd get the exact same phone as mine had been under warranty still, only to receive a different refurbished phone. There was no care or concern to my complaint regarding this situation, and am now stuck with a phone I don't even like.
