~Patti: I spent $*** on a gift basket and asked for delivery on a certain date. The package contained perishable items. It was not delivered and when I inquired they said there was a delay, it was sitting at their facility and would be delivered * days later. Totally unacceptable customer service help. Clearly incompetent organization.

~Patti: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Patti: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Patti: For that I would say one out of five.
