~Gandalf: Company has gone WAY down in last year, since buy-out. Lots of mistakes in billing that took a lot of time & effort on my part to correct. Mistakes continuing. Customer service is often very poor, especially if you have to deal with the calling centre in Capetown, where many staff done't seem to know which end is up. Wasted a lot of time & energy with incorrect info given by staff. Was once a good company* no more. Look around!

~Gandalf: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gandalf: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iiNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gandalf: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other iiNet customers?
~Gandalf: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iiNet to know who you are.
