~Anonymous: After waiting ** minutes the lady couldn't help find delivery time for a parcel. She put me on hold again. Still waiting after another ** minutes. I am over the recorded message that says please see website. I did in the first place but for Island deliveries it says please call, which I have and am still waiting.
