~cjlv98: Complete frauds. Do not ever do business with Trulia. They lied to me, they'll lie to you, and they will steal your money for something that you'll never get, but which they lied about when they 'sold' you on their site. If you are a professional Realtor, let me tell you now, Trulia will steal from you and lie to you, just like they've done to me.

~cjlv98: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cjlv98: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Trulia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cjlv98: For that I would say one out of five.
