~Eileen: Had to cancel a funeral arrangement (well in time allowed to cancel) because I did not know my Mom had already ordered it. First the rep tried to talk me into keeping it with a **% discount. I said that this is a funeral arrangement for my aunt, just cancel it. He says "how about if I give a **% discount, will you keep it?" I said "just cancel it and refund me". $*** arrangement - guys says I'd get an email confirmation & refund within ** hours. Two weeks later, no refund. Had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Now they tell me they will send a check and it will take * to * weeks. WORST SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER use ****Flowers again. EVER.
