~Anonymous: I ordered * arrangement but * were sent??? However, neither contained the flowers depicted in the picture (though the recipient was happy). I called to let them know about both issues. To keep me as a happy customer, they offered to deliver another arrangement with the correct flowers AND offered me a $** future credit.*As long as I'm not charged twice, and the new flowers arrange as promised, I'm happy.
