GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/19/17?
GetHuman-kathlee8: This is a joke. The clubs can't help and no one comes to this phone number. After a ** minute wait (yes, I decided to put them on speaker and wait it out) they couldn't help me. This club, this number, and the whole organization is a boondoggle to take your money and then play stupid.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting 24 Hour Fitness. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a 24 Hour Fitness problem?
GetHuman-kathlee8: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
