GetHuman-charlesm: AAA truck battery was jumped by Towmark *X in past * weeks. Told it was a slow trickle, despite the fact that it would require a battery jump after *-* days. Jumped again @ *pm last night and wouldn't crank at *am this morning.*I've been a faithful AAA member for over ** years, even using your travel services. This battery has a * year warranty, but I can't get warranty coverage despite the inconvenience and a letter from my mechanic confirming that the battery is bad.
