~yosvani: No good service dispatchdon't have no good service with the customers I wait more than * hours and when they come to the locationthey told me my car it was too low and they couldn't told so I have to call in order this patch and they told me now I have no more cervice calls because I use them all in the same day ain't trying to move my car so they conceded a service call when the guy shows up and they couldn't do nothing for me I do not recommend ...

~yosvani: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~yosvani: For that I would say four out of five.

~yosvani: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AAA to know who you are.
