~reneeC: Great to be able to talk right away to a customer representative without being transferred all over the place and repeating over & over again the purpose of the call THANK YOU AARP..That's called "CUSTOMER SErVICE"...I thought it was lost forever...I'm impressed!

~reneeC: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~reneeC: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AARP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~reneeC: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AARP customers?
~reneeC: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AARP to know who you are.
