~CAry Christie : I cancelled our policy at the end of the calendar year yet AARP keeps sending me billing. AARP claims to be an advocate of the elderly to help them but they bill them after products have been canceled and take customers money for services not rendered. This is a ploy to take serious advantage of the elderly.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AARP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AARP problem?
~CAry Christie : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CAry Christie : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AARP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CAry Christie : For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AARP customers?
~CAry Christie : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AARP to know who you are.
