GetHuman-109979: This took * calls, the first was fine but disconnected without finishing the task, so communication bad score for hang-up. Getting taken off their junk mail list they say will take * to * weeks, and this is my second attempt since they had me under my maiden name too, so the low service score is for AARP bosses not the phone workers who were great.*Call the *** OUR AARP yourself, don't use the LUCY call me back application, it DID NOT WORK, AARP's call back machine didn't recognize me as human and said "sorry we couldn't reach you, please try again " like I was an answering machine .
