~Fred Martin: I tried to use their Digital Phone Service. Couldn't get it to work. Am still being billed with threats to turn me over to Collection Agency and I have no e-mail address or way of contacting them although I have sent them registered letters.**I would not do business with them again on a bet. They make it really easy to sign up as a rep, but they don't tell you that you won't get paid unless you get bonus money until after the fact. They are a joke.

~Fred Martin: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Fred Martin: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ACN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Fred Martin: For that I would say two out of five.

~Fred Martin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ACN to know who you are.
